Q. Are you fully licensed and insured?

A. Yes we are.

Q. What is your Return Policy?

A. If there are any issues please contact us by email justusthreesoapco@gmail.com or by phone (845) 397-7312. We would be happy to replace any defective item or provide a refund. We do not accept returns since we only sell personal care items.

Q. Do you offer vegan soap?

A. Yes we have vegan soap bars available.

Q. Do you have lactose free soap?

A. Yes we have soap bars available with Almond Milk.

Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from Orange County NY.

Q. Do you make custom soap bars?

A. We do, please email us at justusthreesoapco@gmail.com with your request. Please keep in mind our soap takes 4-6 weeks to cure.

Q. Do you offer wedding or event favors?

A. Yes we do, please email us some details at justusthreesoapco@gmail.com. Details we would need are; kind of soap, soap bar wrapper, quantity and date required. Please keep in mind our soap needs 4-6 weeks curing time.

Q. Why does the soap need to cure for 4-6 weeks?

A. Curing time allows excess liquid to evaporate from the soap. This also gives the soap time to harden and it will increase the longevity of the bar.
